Panic Bars

Panic bars (also called crash bars or push bars) are mandatory on emergency exit doors in UAE commercial buildings — allowing rapid single-motion exit by anyone without knowledge of lock operation. Lock Repair Satwa supplies and installs panic bar exit devices for commercial properties across Dubai, covering rim-mounted, mortise and vertical rod configurations for single and double doors.

All panic bars we supply meet EN 1125 emergency escape hardware requirements. We offer standard push-bar devices for single doors, co-ordinator and flush bolt kits for double doors, and alarm-equipped panic bars that trigger an audible alarm when the emergency exit is used outside normal hours. External access options (cylinder trim or lever outside) allow authorised re-entry from outside while maintaining panic release from inside.
